Ihop - Dallas

The service at this restaurant was subpar. We requested fully cooked eggs, but the staff seemed dismissive. The French toast was also undercooked, and when they brought out the other eggs, everything was cold. This experience was disappointing and the restaurant does not deserve even one star.

We waited a long time before we were acknowledged and seated at the restaurant. Once seated, we waited nearly 45 minutes without anyone approaching our table to offer a menu or water. After finally placing our order, it took a very long time to receive our food - three simple dishes took about 2 1/2 hours to be served.

I am disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. The second woman at our table received the wrong order, and when it was brought to the attention of the staff, they did not provide a refill on our coffee, even though the restaurant was not very busy. The service was lackluster. We had avoided dining at this establishment for two years due to past bad experiences, and unfortunately, after giving them another chance, we regret our decision.

The hash brown were terrible cold only person in the loadingeggs big bacon doable never before had to fight the bugs for the bath. no savory or hands-anitary in the storage or resting room. I only saw the server twice when he took the order and when he broke it. had to stand for a minute at the desk before he realized that I was ready to go.

1 server, tables sticky, sweaty server (rightfully so since he was the only one). Gave it 2 stars cause the food actually came out quick and it was pretty good. Just worried the server might've sweat in my food.
