Honest Taco - Dallas

Straight fire tacos and well executed apps. Hummus was the most memorable. Drinks were strong and delicious. Great service. 10/10 would return.

The food here is absolutely amazing. As a celiac it’s also truly rare for me to be able to walk into a restaurant and feel completely safe eating there, so I’m very appreciative that is the case here. Erick was a stellar server, I was in the service industry for a long time, I’m both probably harder to wait on and harder to please and Erick exceeded every expectation. Fantastic food and fantastic staff!!

I have Celiac Disease, so being able to eat somewhere that's totally gluten free is so relaxing and amazing!! There aren't many places that have zero gluten in their restaurant! I also cannot have soy, dairy, or eggs... it was so easy to avoid these things at Honest Taco. The food is really, really good and a great outdoor patio. The inside is nice and they have bar seating too! The service was good, although it's very slow to get your check... you really have to ask them for it rather than waiting for them to bring it. Both times I got the Avocado Hummus with pita bread (this was such a treat because I NEVER get to eat bread at a restaurant , on Easter I got the Havana tacos and Street Elote and then on a Saturday afternoon I got the Shrimp tacos (so yummy! . You can mix and match tacos, just ask!! The drink I got on Saturday was the Berry Basilrita...it was great!

Delicious, fresh, vegan and gluten-free options! Tomato soup is super creamy! Avocado hummus is incredible- made in house and has great texture with gluten-free pita!The CBD margaritas are really phenomenal and a tantalizing treat. Erick was a super stellar server, thanks for making our visit wonderful!

This restaurant is amazing! We sat at the bar and had a fantastic server named Erick. We started with the delicious black bean dip and elotes, which were absolutely mouthwatering. The queso was also a hit, and we highly recommend trying the grain grain bowl with chicken and the Havana pork tacos. They were so tasty that you'll be craving more even after you're finished. Overall, we truly enjoyed this essential spot in the West Village. Cheers to a fantastic dining experience!
