Fat Straws Bubble Tea Mochi Donuts (forest)

This is a good spot for mochi donuts, but not the best for boba. The boba is quite watery, and the milk tea lacks any milk.

I'm quite particular when it comes to my boba tea, always on the lookout for authentic spots. That said, this place exceeded my expectations for a boba shop. I dropped by last week while in Dallas and opted for my usual black tea with no sugar. We also picked up a couple of mochi. I appreciated the fun and vibrant decor inside! My four-star rating was due to the limited selection of mochi donuts, as only the specialty options were available.

I had a disappointing experience with the customer service. I ordered a brown sugar boba online, but received a drink without the boba. When I inquired about it, I was informed that I didn't receive the boba because I didn’t select an add-on. I pointed out that the drink's description clearly stated it came with boba. The cashier admitted this, yet insisted that I would still have to pay extra for the boba. This level of service is definitely unprofessional.

My favorite bubble donut place! Their donuts are so cute, not super sweet, and so chewy(the best part!! !! Their bubble teas are also good tho I come here for donuts mostly. I wish they open on Sundays?

I loved being nearby to finally try this place and the donuts did not disappoint, every bite was so good!!! The donuts were amazing, the milk tea was underwhelming.
