Chili's Grill - Dallas

This restaurant is a great spot for celebrating birthdays. Everything went smoothly until one dish was delayed, which was a bit odd since everyone else had already received their food. We debated whether to wait for the late dish and let our food get cold, but our waiter seemed to have everything under control. Unfortunately, it took longer than expected for the missing dish to arrive, indicating that our waiter may not have been as attentive as we initially thought. At this point, I was leaning towards a 3-star review, but the manager quickly addressed our concerns and ensured that the rest of our meal went smoothly. The manager's proactive approach towards customer satisfaction impressed us, and our overall experience was saved by his quick intervention. The quality of the food and drinks at Chili's was excellent, and we would definitely consider dining here again. Special thanks to the family who joined in singing Happy Birthday during our celebration.

I took a bite of my appetizer and then our main courses arrived. Unfortunately, by the time I finished my appetizer, my main dish was cold. I didn't want to send it back, so I just ate it. This is not a place for a leisurely dinner, as they seem to want you to finish quickly and leave. While I appreciate the need to fill tables, there should be a limit. Customer service and food quality are crucial, but both fell short during my visit.

The lunch special fajitas were excellent. The portion sizes were generous and satisfying.

We were very disappointed with our order this time. My husband's steak was tough, I had a piece of pickle or jalapeño in my Tex Mex Bowl and our ranch cup had an unidentified object in it. Because of the added things in our food I checked my daughter'sfood as well to make sure nothing was hiding in there. Gladly, my daughter was able to eat with worry. Check your food!

The food was excellent, everything was hot and fresh. When I first received it the presentation was very nice but I couldn't wait to dig in ???????
