Chick-fil-a - Dallas

Eating was good as usual, but I didn't like the system. You order from the table where you cannot see the menu without looking for it on your phone. Your food is then supplied by a Darn robot, which is mounted like a Roomba with trays above, instead of being delivered by a real living person. In addition, the parking lot is a nightmare to get out. Will probably not come back to this place.

I had a wonderful experience with excellent service and delicious food. The dining area is beautifully designed, and I was fascinated by the robot waiter. However, the glass partitions could use a bit of cleaning.

My brother ordered me a salad tonight. I started eating it and noticed that the salad was brown. This is disgusting and I wish we could get a refund.

In recent months, the quality and precision of the service and food have declined. They previously had an efficient system and a reputation for nearly perfect accuracy.

They are a Garland Rd favorite fast food location for me. They always have the nicest young people working here and now you can even be served by a robot. Traffic pattern can get a little confusing for the drive thru but just be patient and all will be fine. They are very fast
