Amazing Wraps - Dallas

With the open mind that this is a customizeable restaurant, I was shocked when I saw the server put the cheesesteak meat I ordered in the microwave. Then I ordered fries and they were soggy literally 30 minutes after they opened for the day. $8 gone. This place isn't for me.

Everytime I come here they change price or restrict salad toppings. They only allow 5 toppings for salad but didnt tell me until they rung it up. Oh croutons will cost you 50 cents to hv with your salad for small $8. These women were very rude when I asked a few questions so i will not be returning. I will notify everyone in my office to stay away!!! Customer service is everything and they are lacking.

Went their for lunch and had a chicken burrito. I ordered chicken wrap similar to the lady ahead of me but mine was prepared on the right side, instead of left. Stay to left of the station to get a better condiment selection and meat for the burrito. I did not know there was a difference. The chicken on the right was water down and nasty, while the grilled chicken on the left station was fresh grilled and cut up for the wrap. Also small portions of meat and cheese, and cost extra if u want more than a pinch. Will not be returning. I will stick to Salata, where I can ask for extra condiments I'm not be nickle and dime for it.

Breakfast was good and rich. A lot of varieties of food to choose from. My children liked the breakfast at this place.

This place is awesome! I come here so often and I'm always getting these HUGE wraps or salads or taco salads or burritos, etc... It's amazing how understated this place is! Waaaay better than Chipotle for the quality, amount of food, and price! And the owner is so so so nice! She's always remember me and asks me about my day and ALWAYS remembers the way I like my food down to the T. Great food, great service, everyone definetly check this place out! [Also, it's located inside the bank of American building below] And y'all. THE SALSA. Its fresh and the owner's recipe. Better than so many authentic mexican restaurants I've been to! And the CHICKEN TORTILLA SOUP. So fudging good.
