Il Encanto - Cuyamungue

We ordered two paninis and a fettuccine Alfredo. All were delicious. Homemade foccia bread was awesome. Good sized portion. And since it was raining, they brought our order to our car! Talk about service!

First time ordering from IL Encanto. It would seem there is a challenge with order accuracy. Ordered a Torino (and don't get me wrong, it was delicious. However, ordered it with red onion and green chili. Neither were on the panini. Something to consider if you would like to get what you ordered.

I had to recently go to Santa Fe for a training and there was a location close by with food trucks. I love food trucks and thought it was a great opportunity to see what Santa Fe had to offer in the way of food trucks. I was glad I had made the decisions. The options were really great. The speed of getting the food was great. The food quality is great and and full of flavor. If I am going to be in the area again I will definitely be wanting to check out other items on the menu.

Nothing to write home about. The pasta had too much sauce that didn’t have much flavor. The sandwich was on bread that they call focaccia (it’s not) and was just okay. The pasta was missing an ingredient we requested and the side for the sandwich was wrong.
