Faustina - Cusco

The service is the best we have ever had, and the food is so good. We returned for lunch after having a superb dinner and tried the Ceviche....exquisite! On both visits Alonso, our server, described where the ingredients were sourced, what their cultural significance was, and was just a delight to talk to (in English) . It's a bit hard to find but well worth the effort!

Casa Faustina is probably the best food and drink option in Cusco for me now and in the future. I went in with a group seven weeks into their operation and what i saw is more than promising. Great food, stellar service and a place that mirrors the food in beauty. How often do yoh think you get the chance to eat with original Alpaco silverware from the UK anywhere in the world? And on british china ware nonetheless. You are touching over 50 years of history before you eat food with 500 years of heritage. Quite impressive. My new to go spot in Cusco

I'm sure I'm gonna forget something so to make it simple, everything was perfect: the place, the building, the decoration, the musique, the service (excellent, thanks to Tito), the atmosphere, the menu (I'm not talking about the choice there, I'm talking about the physical menu in the wood cover), the originality of the dishes proposed was interesting, the cleanliness (from the restaurant itself to the bathroom), the presentation of the plates and of course, I will not forget the best part, the food! We discovered tastes that we didn't know before and from the starter to the desert, we were not disappointed. We are definitely coming back!

Very nice restaurant with good atmosphere and delicious food. It is family owned from what I understood. We were given some short introduction to peruvian food traditions which was a nice touch. Overall excellent experience.

Amazing food and presentations. The atmosphere is wonderful and peaceful. Server/owner was very kind and explained everything. The decor is very beautiful.
