Pressed - Cupertino

Yesterday afternoon I stopped by this place to buy a juice, but there was a handwritten note on the door saying they had closed early for the day. This is the third time I have come to Pressed in the afternoon only to find the store closed without any clear explanation. I wouldn't be surprised if this location goes out of business soon. Update: I went back this afternoon, only to discover they had closed early again! It's really disappointing because their juices are excellent.

I have been to this restaurant multiple times and they have never operated the frozen yogurt machine properly. There is only one flavor available out of four options. In fact, an employee even recommended that I go somewhere else for more flavors. Today, when I arrived, I was informed that the refrigerators were broken and they couldn't serve me. It seems like this place has some serious issues. Update 8/7: I decided to give them another chance and when I arrived, I found a sign on the door saying that they were closed. In the middle of summer on a Saturday, what a joke!

Went yesterday 7/11/2021 after a great lunch. The lady working was less than enthused to help us out. I won't be returning to this location as the level of service was less than ideal. She clearly didn't want to be at work yesterday.

So, today was quite a disappointment at Pressed. As I went into the store at 5pm tonight with my son, that is in elementary school, the girl at the register stuck a finger up and said one. I was confused at first, then she just said one again. I realized what she was trying to say was only one person in the store at one time. Our family goes almost every week and every single employee has been amazing, never had an issue with my son with me, thus we go back for the expensive juices and great service. Ever since Covid started, there was never an issue with bringing my son into the store, as he was a child. I asked her if she expected me to leave my son outside, and she basically said, not her problem. No need to cause a problem in front of my son, so we left. If you had a bad day, fine, but there?s no need for bad attitudes in retail. Oh well, we will probably still go there because everyone else is amazing, but definitely not when she is there.

Got 3 drinks and a freeze with the 4 for $20 deal. There are samples available, which makes it a bit more exciting. The employee there was so friendly and informative. In the middle of the afternoon, there was no line at all. The drinks aren't the most tasty, but theoretically they are pretty healthy, so I guess that's the cost.
