Ono Hawaiian Bbq - Culver City

I had some digestive issues after eating here, which unfortunately means I won't be coming back. My food rating is 3 out of 5.

I arrived expecting the restaurant to be open at 10 AM as stated online, but it was closed. The operating hours need to be updated to avoid misleading customers. Service rating: 1/5.

Ordered something to go, asked for their sauce, they said they put 2 in my bag. There was none. Bad service.

Honestly, it's one of the worst ONO's I've been to. The cashier was extremely rude. You can just tell she wanted a reason not to be at work. The food was cold and not fresh. The workers always seem to forget something. I understand it's a mall food court, but yall are getting paid. It's not like we were rude either to deserve bad service.
