Cinnabon - Culver City

The staff at this restaurant was incredibly rude and disrespectful. When I asked for the cinnabon bites, they sarcastically told me they weren't available and suggested I come back another day. I was shocked and highly disappointed by their attitude.

Jayda is a valuable asset to the brand, as she is efficient, extremely helpful, and pleasant. She informed me about some new items on the menu and showed great knowledge of the product line. She definitely deserves a raise for her exceptional service.

This is the worst customer service I have received in a long time. The staff had a very poor attitude and blatantly lied to me about the availability of a product, even though I could see them putting it in the display case. There was also a significant language barrier, which made communication difficult. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

Ordered delivery and was given the wrong items. Very unhappy with my experience ???? ????

We've been here like 4 times during our visit in LA. The rolls and shakes they make are super delicious. Love it.
