Little Caesars Pizza - Culpeper

The food was delicious! It was cooked perfectly. And the drink was nice and cold.

We would have given this restaurant 5 stars solely based on the quality of the food, particularly the fantastic pizza - hot, fresh, and cheesy! However, we deducted a star due to the poor bagging of our order. We ordered two marinara sauces, which were carelessly placed in a plastic bag with a 2-liter soda, resulting in a messy spill. Despite this mishap, the food deserves 5 stars, the bagging 2 stars, and the delivery 5 stars. Overall, it was a great experience and we highly recommend trying the thin crust pizza!

The pizza is fantastic, but unfortunately my drink was forgotten.

I attempted to contact Culpeper Small Caesars restaurant, but they answered the phone and abruptly hung up. When I tried calling back, it went straight to voicemail. It seems like they have inexperienced people managing the phone lines. This lack of professionalism has cost them my business. This is not the first time I have experienced poor customer service from them. I can overlook a couple of mistakes, but after the third time, I have had enough.

The food at this restaurant is always consistent and delivered promptly. It is Little Caesars, so you know what to expect - fast, affordable, and tasty pizza. Highly recommended for those seeking a quick and budget-friendly meal. However, if you are looking for a more upscale or fancy pizza experience, you may want to try another restaurant.
