Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Culpeper

I found the nuggets to be too garlicky for my taste. The strong flavor, which I believe was garlic, was off-putting to me.

I ordered a 16-piece mild meal, but all I received were breasts and wings. There were no thighs or drumsticks, which is disappointing because I prefer thighs and wings, and my husband prefers drumsticks. This will be the last time I order from Popeyes, as this is the second time they have gotten my order wrong.

I was disappointed with the wings as they had very little sauce and turned out to be spicier than I had expected, thinking they would be mild.

Hooked me up with THICK chicken patties right before close and more nuggets than we ordered

My mother had a terrible experience at this restaurant during lunch, as she only had 30 minutes. We ordered three meals but they forgot to include the chicken sandwich in the bag. I called the number on the receipt four times but it went straight to voicemail. Finally, when the manager came to the window, she was rude and asked, "What do you want?" I explained that our order was correct but the chicken sandwich was missing. The manager went inside and told the staff that I was claiming they forgot the sandwich while I could hear her talking to someone else. It took 15 minutes before she handed me the chicken sandwich. I also informed her that the phone number wasn't working, but she didn't seem to care. Other reviews had mentioned the same issue with the phone number going to voicemail, so it seems like they aren't addressing the problem. Overall, it was a bad service and a terrible experience, but at least the chicken sandwich was nice and hot.
