Wendy's - Cullman

I don't normally leave bad reviews, but this place needs to know. I drive a semi, stop here regularly, and many times I have had to walk right back out because I can not afford to wait an hour for two pieces of bread and a piece of meat. Seriously in needof management, but I do understand..... Everybody's hiring, and nobody wants to work. Solve the problem or sell the place to afranchise that can.

Food was terrible and it was either out of date or stored improperly. We only ate our fries. After they made us fresh ones we threw the old ones along with the rotting salad in the trash. I didn't complain about throwing our entire meal in the trash Ijust asked could we aleast get fresh fries.

The food was decent for fast food, but the wait time was longer than expected considering there weren't many customers. The drink machine was out of order, and so was the vanilla shake/cone machine. I gave it three stars because they really need more than 2 or 3 employees to manage the whole store effectively. It could also use a bit more attention to cleanliness – it didn’t look very inviting inside. Besides the manager, who seemed to be doing a good job, and the staff preparing the food, the overall experience could definitely improve.

We were just passing through on our way home, so I can't comment on the consistency of this Wendy's location. However, they are quite slow. I didn't really want to wait 30 minutes for food while traveling. Although they claimed everything was made fresh, I ended up with soggy fries and stale nuggets. Next time, I'd prefer to grab food from a gas station instead. On a positive note, I didn't get food poisoning, so they earned that one star!

I was very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. When we walked in, every table in the lobby was dirty, with trash, condiments, and straw wrappers scattered everywhere. The service was also extremely slow; even though we were second or third in line, it took about 15 minutes just to place our order and another 20 minutes to receive our food. When our order finally arrived, it was incorrect, and to make matters worse, they were out of forks. How is one supposed to eat a salad without a fork? I do not recommend this restaurant, as it clearly needs significant improvement.
