Contribuiți la feedbackFamily of 4 restaurants in a little before 6 p.m. on a Thursday evening. Immediately missed. Our waitress was very nice and attentive to the time we were there. Orders fried Pommes and the Hog Wildkäse fries together with drinks as soon as we sit down. At least 20 minutes for the appetizers. The fried pimples were the highlight of the whole meal. The fries left a lot to wish. Fries were very embarrassing without taste. Ordered the 18oz. Ribeye medium with one side of onion rings for our meal. The steak was sharp on the outside, but was nowhere near even rare on the inside. The meat was raw. I asked who I think the manager should just take the food out of our ticket. She said that they try to boil the meat a little if it did not enough and offered to cook it more. Well, that wasn't even close, so I said again, I just wanted it taken off my ticket. After an honest comment, she disagreed with it. We will not return.
My food was quite good (only was here so not an exact assessment) the chicken was great the rice was a little salty, but overall it was not a bad experience. I will definitely go back and give him another shot. The real star of our culinary experience was our waitress. The staff was super nice and attentive.
Cheap and you get what you pay. My NY stripe was 10oz and came out like a 6oz hanger steak. Onions were not cooked long enough. Only good for our whole party was the salad. Sad.
After seeing the poster advertisement for the brandin iron for a few years between N Alabama and Birmingham. My wife and I decided to stop a relaxing bite. We sat fast. The older staff was attentive and often stopped. The younger staff seemed new, the fans blowing at full speed. We asked the younger server that the overhead fan turns off because of the cold and cooling of our food. She said she'd check it out. The kicker was when the server brought our relatively hot meal, she said no to turn off the fan and asked if we needed something else. The steaks were on average at best and not of very good quality. The entire culinary experience was reduced by the repulsive setting of the server and its administration. After we left most meals that were cold, we paid and left. As always an important factor, poor training and customer satisfaction was not a priority. We won't be back.
Salads are good. Last two times I've been, have been very disappointing. Pork chops were dry. Steak tips tasted a bit off. A rancid taste. Probably won't be going back.
