Subway - Cullman

This location is disgusting! I spotted a roach in the ham bin as my sandwich was being made, and the Indian lady smiled and nodded and said yes, I 'll remake your sandwich. I asked for a refund and she said, no, you paid online. Absolutely disgusting!

It's nice when you pay 20 dollars for a sandwich that it is made right. Also, if the person taking orders can't understand English, why are they taking orders?

I need the accual person in charge to contact me about an employee

The two woman working have poor attitudes, told them their lettuce was brown, and she brings out more brown lettuce. Ran her mouth to the other employee, in her native tounge complaining about us.

Wasted $10. That was such a terrible meal. Old meat that has been microwaved over and over again, toasted my bread for too long, no tea, and no trash can. So you have to throw your stuff away in Walmart's trash can. So Walmart employees are having to take their trash out. And that was my 2nd meal in a row that was terrible like that. The meat was just disgusting. And bread was hard as a rock.
