Logan's Roadhouse - Cullman

We had to wait a long time with no hostess in sight. Eventually, we decided to sit at the bar and order. The bartender was fantastic! While we were there, another woman came in and also waited without being attended to. I'm unsure what happened to the hostess, as she seemed to be missing for a long stretch. The bartender definitely deserves a raise! The food was enjoyable.

I definitely do not recommend this place. If you're on I65, just keep driving! Unless you're looking to waste a lot of time. The food quality here is about a 2 out of 10. One of us ordered a Caesar Salad, and it didn't look like one at all. It took us 15 minutes just to see if a server was available, and there were only four people in the restaurant! Management really needs to get their act together!

When entering the restaurant we were greeted by someone very busy, and he sat down and said something under his breath and went away. After 10 to 15 minutes we were greeted by Tina. She was very nice. She immediately got our order and brought us a free appetizer for the waiting and treatment of the person who was very busy. She said she watched us sit and waited for someone who greeted us, and that's when she came by. The food was better this time. I had beer with baked potatoes and broccoli. My husband had Sirloin with potatoes, Okra and shrimps over rice. We enjoyed this experience.

The food was delicious. My husband and I had both steaks and they were perfectly done. Our server, Danielle, has recommended the loaded potato skins and they have not disappointed. Steak is always so tender as to why we always come back. Once this week, and can come back before the week is over.

The hosts and our server explained that they were very short staffed and it was obvious. My server had several tables all over the place not his fault that things were slow moving. We waited about 20 minutes and got a table. They brought out a salad for us and we had no silverware. Sweet tea tasted like water. Rolls weren?t hot. Fried mushroom appetizer was very greasy. I ordered the fried cheese and bacon burger and well, look at the photos. They replaced the fried cheese with literal cheese sticks and they weren?t even cooked. Very hard. My burger was ordered well done and it was still raw in the middle. The only thing that server did that bothered me was when I sat down at the table, I told him I had a to go order also. He said ?I?ll get it when your food comes out, that way it?s not sitting and getting cold? I said okay. After the food came out and we complained about it, I said ?I?ve still got a to go order? and he literally said ?well are you sure? It?s gonna take about an hour? and I was mad. I still tipped him well after the manager took off the burger but I won?t be back there. The cooks in the back obviously have never cooked before.
