Kfc - Cullman

IN CULLMAN: The hwy 157 site is terrible. The woman who took orders was rude and didn't want to give me what I wanted, it seemed too much trouble. I do not recommend this place at all! Go to the KFC on the 2nd Ave, opposite Wells Fargo... You're great! They are friendly, helpful, ready to go the extra mile to make the customer happy and make changes to meals when asked. Things they do NOT at the hwy 157 local. The only reason I gave 2 stars instead of 1 is that my food was hot, although the bucket of the chicken was wrong.

The man was so rude. I'm driving an 18 wheel. They took orders through the journey, except call to orders. I said I couldn't go through. He told me it would be awhile before pots were cooked and he would all have to go through the ride before he could ever take my order. I went next to Lawler's BBQ. You had no problem helping me. Spent $50. Never eat at KFC again.

Chicken was so greasy and had a burnt taste. Couldn't even tell it was KFC. the lid on the gravy was melted from the microwave and gravy was butt to sides. Mash potato had a what loomed lime a French Fri in it. It was a 30 roller meall pack. Was the 2 tome I've went ther and it was second time that the food was we're able. I threw 35 dollers out the window again. Would not go back or recommend it to any one. Very disappointed in this place !

Go there promise all you people goes want regret it just go have fun have cook out enjoy all day ?

Rachel Ball Jenny on the night shift crew are simply the best! We arrived 20min until closing , placed a large order, they prepared everything fresh, delivered with a smile, we were absolutely impressed! Thank you so much girls KFC! Ryan Alisha ?
