I believe this place has great potential, especially if there’s better communication among the staff. It seems to be a popular hangout for the younger crowd, and if they streamline their operations, they could really boost their earnings. However, I’ve started reducing my tips on takeout orders because I've noticed a pattern of mistakes. Unfortunately, I wasn't mistaken—my last five takeout orders have been incorrect. Each time, there was no one at the to-go counter, and it took me flagging someone down to get attention. On my last two visits, when I finally managed to get an employee's help, they said, “Sorry, this isn’t normally my job.” Despite these issues, I will say that the food has consistently been good.
Additionally, the pressure on the staff who are present is immense. The stress of handling large crowds can lead to mistakes, which isn’t fair to them or the customers. Management needs to step up. This isn’t just about the quality of the food. In response to your earlier comment: Leadership seems disconnected. We're not just here for free meals; we're trying to support your business and your staff. What actions has management taken today, this week, or even this month to address the urgent needs of those on the floor? It’s irrelevant what has been done previously if it hasn't resolved the core issues. Owners, if your management isn't capable of addressing these challenges, then it's time for a change. If they remain in place, the responsibility lies with you. Let me be clear: I'm not trying to be antagonistic; I'm just being honest. As owners, I genuinely believe you have no idea what goes on behind the scenes on a daily basis. Do you think we, as customers, don’t notice the high turnover? Do you think we don't hear staff and management disputes in the back? This isn’t a large city—gossip spreads quickly here. Did you look at the pictures? Did you see the empty dining room on Veteran's Day during lunch hours? The secondary issue is a lack of staff and no-shows, but the root problem lies in leadership.
I always order the buffalo cauliflower wings, and they never let me down! On Thursdays, they have a buy one, get one free deal on their boneless wings, which my kids absolutely love. The strawberry lemonade is also a hit with them. The sauce they use for the fried pickles is incredibly tasty. The servers are always friendly, and the atmosphere is fun and inviting.
Our server Domninque (sorry if misspelled) he was absolutely wonderful, very polite never let our glasses get empty. Best service we've had here in a very long time. Thank you for taking such great care of us. You need a raise, I saw you helping outother servers.
The food took over 30 minutes and it was cold when we got it not to mention the food was nasty as hell. Will not be going back . I ordered nachos and got 3 little small tacos very disappointing
