Burger King - Cullman County

Worst experience. Worker said she would be back and proceeded to wait until the building closed. Pathetic

Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes before anyone even acknowledged my presence. I was told to please wait one moment. Sat in the line for another 5 minutes. I finally just drove up to the window. The girl working the window was busy on her phone. She finally asked me what I had ordered. When i told her I didn't order yet but had been in the line for 15 minutes, she looked like a deer in headlights.She didn't apologize or anything. She took me order and then went back to her phone.Horrible service. Horrible wait time.I love BK. But not this one.

Cars backed up around building waiting to order then those waiting for the order they paid for!!Don't open the restaurant if you don't have close to a full staff!! You are living money due to the horrible waiting times and will lose more if the practice of 1 person working continues. I will not go there again. I had an appointment to go to and I was made late due to the wait time!!If I am charged for a late arrival I will charge the manager at the Burger King on Hwy. 157 the cost as apparent the manager doesn't care about the customers OR the employees!!

Only complaint is the oil in the fryer needed changing badly. I almost went back in and asked for fresh fries and I'm sure they would've. Oh well. Whata ya expect?

Every order for anyone dining in or going thru drive thru was wrong. Several orders, not just one. Nasty, sticky
