Hot Pizza - Croydon

I ordered a pizza at 8:20pm, they gave me a expected time of arrival for 8:50pm. I understand that it can go over expected time and that's fine, it is currently 9:40pm and it hasn't arrived I've tired to call multiple times and no answer, I've even call at different times incase they were busy. Things like this put me off, they do have good pizzas but it's never worth it if you need to wait 1h over the expected time

Previously the pizza was delicious and the best in the area. I don’t know what has happened but it doesn’t taste the same in the way that its not well done the staff its not listening to customers requirements !

I have been ordering pizzas from this place for a few years now. I have always had a consistently good experience. I hope they are able to regain their 5-star hygiene rating soon. A 4-star rating is good, but having that extra star would give me more peace of mind.

I absolutely love Hot Pizza in Norbury. They offer delicious pizza at a reasonable price, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Plus, you can watch the pizza being made right in front of you!

I live 5 metres from this place and finally ordered a pizza one Sunday evening. From placing my order to sitting down on my sofa with my pizza, it took 15 minutes! Amazing. Very reasonably priced and I’m so impressed with their extensive vegetarian/vegan offerings. Glad I live so close... although dangerous I’ll be ordering all the time!
