El Sombrero - Croydon

The night was ruined by our experience at this restaurant. The food was average and the portions were large everywhere, except for the chicken Fajitas we ordered to share with my friend. The portion we received was pitiful, with only a teaspoon of cheese and three very small fajita packings. When we asked for more, the waiter said we would have to pay extra. The service was also quite poor, with additional charges for small amounts of cheese and additional fajita packings. We had a gourmet card that we mentioned before ordering, but there was no discount applied to our bill. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The food at this Mexican restaurant in Greater London meets Canadian standards, which are slightly weaker than American standards. While I've had better Mexican food before, I've also had worse. Overall, it's a decent option for Mexican cuisine in the area.
