Eli's Golden Apple Restaurant and Pancake House

Eli's Golden Apple is decent. I would drop in for breakfast if I were hungry and happened to be in the area. I would not go out of my way to eat here again. DETAILS: Service was friendly and the food was okay. I had turkey sausage links and the golden apple pancake. The links were regular sausage, nothing special. The pancake was one of four they offer as specialties that require a 30 minute wait. The wait was no big deal but the pancake is not amazing. It is very oily and tastes good enough, but regular well prepared pancakes would be just fine too, because this special pancake (more like a huge thin pie, but not as sweet) was not spectacular. Cozy atmosphere, nice people, okay food.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. The service is outstanding! We go so much we have our own Waitress. Yogi knows our orders and is personable. I just wish they would make cheese cake . They're rumored to have awesome cheesecake but they never have any.

This place is so cozy with a huge menu and a very friendly staff. I had their country breakfast and everything was cooked perfectly and was so delicious. Our waitress was so sweet. I will definitely return next time I?m in town.

The wait for breakfast was longer than most other places I've tried. However, the food was very good and worth the extra time. Service was not very good. Our waitress brought our food and didn't come back until we were done. Wanted to order and ask for a few things but was never able to grab her attention ????

After finally being seated and told someone would be with us shortly, we waited over 15 minutes to be acknowledged. Placed our drink order and waited another 10 minutes before they arrived. As we were ready to place our order we were told the kitchen was 15 minutes behind and then waited another 40 minutes. Food was ok, need more staff.
