Visited on a busy sunday for lunch with our family including grand kids, Shown to our table and given menus and drink orders taken quickly. Had bottomless drink options which we like, ordered our food from a very varied menu. Between us we ordered burgers, fajitas which were good sized portions and looked good. Drink refills were good and could choose what you wanted. Still room just about for dessert so had the donuts in a little box with sauces even enough to take leftovers home.
I had a wonderful experience at this restaurant! I stumbled upon it while waiting for my flight at Gatwick. We opted for the light lunch menu and the food was delicious with the perfect portion size. Our server, a friendly and professional South African man, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and ensure we had a great meal.
I went to this restaurant for my nephew's 9th birthday. Our server, Jack, was incredibly accommodating and patient even though many members of our party arrived late and there was a lot of chaos with people coming and going. Jack remained patient, understanding, and very attentive. He was extremely polite and friendly, going above and beyond to ensure we had a great experience. The food was served piping hot, of great quality, and in huge portions. They also brought out a cake and sang happy birthday, which was a nice extra touch. Thank you for your exceptional customer service and for bearing with us. It was clear that everyone was working hard and non-stop at the restaurant.
This restaurant is a good option for families, although it can be challenging to find options that are not too spicy or suitable for vegetarians due to the wide menu of steaks, burgers, nachos, and fajitas. The atmosphere is lively with loud music and friendly waitstaff dressed in cowgirl/boy outfits, complete with a model cow. However, I found the prices to be expensive at £33 per person, especially considering we did not order any desserts and only one starter. There is no alcohol available, only soft drinks, and service charge is not included in the bill. As someone who frequently dines out in Brighton, I believe there are better options for the same price, such as The Ivy which cost me less on my last visit.
