Costa - Crawley

During an overseas road trip last weekend, I visited Pease Pottage, where the barista staff were exceptionally polite, helpful, and friendly, even on a busy day. They went above and beyond to accommodate my specific requests. It was a lovely day, and their service truly made a positive impression during such challenging times.

I really appreciated the beautiful cup of tea I bought, especially since my hands were full at the time. I enjoyed it while sitting in the conservatory area, which was lovely!

The only thing preventing this place from receiving a 5-star rating is the overall disarray of the service. The staff and the coffee from Costa were great, but the overall experience was marred by the lack of organization.

I had a wonderful experience at this charming restaurant. The coffee was fantastic, the cakes were delightful, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. I dined in for brunch and found the prices to be very reasonable, ranging from £1 to £10 per person. Overall, I would rate the food, service, and atmosphere all at 4 out of 5. Highly recommended!
