Doc’s Bbq - Craigsville

Avoid catering from this business. They were booked (and paid in advance) for a wedding party this past weekend at Kirkwood Winery and just failed to show up. No notice, no phone call, nothing.....Probably got a bigger gig last minute and just decided to blow us off. Don't let this happen to you!

This could easily be the best BBQ, EITHER RIBS OR brisket, that I've ever eaten. However, Doc is now at a place called The Ranch, at Canvas WV.

Nasty food with rats running behind the counter. Definitely would not recommend to anyone. Rude owner.

This place has relocated to Summersville. Great food and it came out fast! Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area for us out-of-towners.

Stopped in for a late lunch, at the new downtown Summersville location, had the sliced brisket sandwich. All I can say is...that's dang good BBQ! Highly recommend. So glad they moved to Summersville!!
