Ihop - Cozumel

These people stole 400$ out of my purse I accidentally left they are thrieves and liars all of them including the manager was in on it as well. I do not recommend ever coming to such a den of thieves

Overall the staff was really nice, But there seemed to be animosity between the staff. We were seated fairly quickly. Waiter that we had was okay, seemed to be in a rush. Only reason I give two stars is because we were given packaged ketchup put into a to-go container, and when we asked for syrup, he gave us syrup in a to-go in the same kind of to go container so it got every where. Probably wont go to this location again…

The worst food I've had in a long time was more like bad cafeteria food Hot turkey that was poorly heated with broccoli that was un edible and some of the worst Mac and cheese I've ever had, tasted like bad boxed Mac and cheese. Do not go here!!!! Service was good

The waitress was very nice and acceptable but the food was horrible the coffee was disgusting I have not been here in a year I went today out of a rush but I should have just went to another restaurant even a fast food would have been better than this they cannot cook eggs were mushy I couldn't even eat them I had to pou the syrup on them lol IHOP nasty never again please pass this one up terrible

Terrible!!! Needs to be closed down!! We sat in there forever and were extremely hungry. We ordered our food and waited an hour. The waiter came to us after all that time and told us they didn't have the ingredients to make our order. We had just gotten in town and stopped at the first restaurant we saw…which is why we were at IHOP. The only good thing that came out of it was they didn't charge us for the pancakes they served us that took over an hour to make. Just shut it down!!!
