Cochon - Cozumel

Maybe the best mac and cheese I’ve ever had. And I’ve had a lot.

Cochon is on everyone’s list when visiting New Orleans and there’s good reason for that. 1) Best service in town. 2) Traditional local food with a modern twist 3) Mac n cheese was incredible 4) That bacon was out of this world delicious 5) A grits lover said they were his favorite so far Do you need any more reasons to go?

My first trip to this restaurant was great. There were 8 of us and they really took good care of us. From the oyster appetizers to the red fish entree I really enjoyed the food. Certainly worth a look.

Excellent dinner last night and service was perfect. Gumbo, alligator bites, Louisiana pork chop and bbq pork chop below.

The smells, the service, the food were all excellent. Highly recommend. Make reservations because they get packed fast. We were lucky to get a few seats at the bar.
