Pizza Hut - Cozad

Bad experience at pizza hut cozad ne, frozen food, very bad traditional wingsIt has no taste, very poor quality.I'm taste pizza hut in others states wow ? amazing .

We went in with a family of 10 after the wrestling tournament. We got told to put our own tables together not a big deal mind you there is only one table of 2 in there already. When we sat down we got asked how many menus we said 10 well then apparently that was to many so we were given 4. Took 20 minutes to get our drink order because the waiter refused to write it down and couldn’t keep our order straight even though we explained it to him several times. We wrote down our own menu orders on 2 separate papers because it took him 15 minutes to get our drinks delivered because he brought the wrong ones. We had to bring our own drinks up to him to get refilled and then when we got our food I asked for silverware and napkins and he said how many I said 10 and once again that was to many so I was given 3 forks and a handful of napkins. Our food order was wrong and everytime he messed something up he told us that we were confusing and laughed about it. Not impressed with the service given we were the only table there besides the table of 2.

I gave the atmosphere five stars because well I had it delivered and I really like my atmosphere. Good loud music ya know. Great Thin Crispy. Awesome Sticks n Ranch. Delivery Personnel was very pretty. So that was welcome. Now to watch classic 80's movies.

Well I ordered a pizza when it got here it was all crinkled up I called complain they just offered credits .... and to top it of there is like a 4 inch stem or something in it so now it's ruined I'll be having a word with the manager the district Manger and the

Called first time and was treated to messages selling products then proposition for job and then a circle over 5 times each around 10mins then a person answered in broken English and when I asked if they delivered 1/4 mile away he put me on hold till I hung up after 10 min. I called back and same thing again except a young lady answered and when I asked if they delivered to Casey’s across st she was going to put me on hold again to which I said forget it and hung up. There are no cars in their parking lot but I guess they are wealthy enough one customer isn’t important. I think I’ll stay with little Ceasers from now on.
