I love the coffee here better than Starbucks but I can NOT STAND THE LADY manager at this location and from the looks of it neither can her employee 's. My favorite is call in sick on Wednesday morning close the inside and only open Drive-Thru. Thiswomen does not know customer service. I have had two complications which could have been fixed with, I am sorry let me giveyou a 99. Cent coffee for free. Instead she literally took the coffee and dumped it and said I 'm sorry our app isn 'tworking. My reply, I come here 4 times a week, you can check my bank account always pay for my order and sometimes pay for theorder in back of me can you please check to see if your app isn 't working or I may have forgotten how to enter something,because even though I look absolutely normal I do have a brain injury and forget things. Her reply, I 'm sorry maybe one of thecustomers would like to pay for your coffee . Do you realize how she tried to embarrass me by saying that? ???? She has noidea. I have been over charged by this location numerous times. Her reply word for word I am sorry it is not our fault, it isyour banks fault . My reply, My bank said, you or your staff entered this $10.39 breakfast order twice. Her reply. It willdrop off in a few days. My reply. No it is been a week. Her reply, I am sorry it is YOUR banks fault. Does she NOT takeownership for anything? She literally probably thinks everyone is SICK on Wednesday 's????!! Call in sick WEDNESDAY happenedabout 4 times????????. There 's a young man who is relatively new. He has wavy hair. His customer service is outstanding. Hewill succeed. By pass this lady in no time. If you don 't think your customer 's don 't notice call in sick WED. I 'm sorry, youare sadly the one who acts like she has the brain injury
The food is good staff is great However because it is so busy there hasn't been one time that I haven't had to wait in a very long line there are two entrances to the drive-thru which causes it to be very confusing and sometimes angers people who areentering from the Azusa side when others are trying to enter the line through the backside something should really be done aboutthis location to prevent arguments or something worse happening Yes it happens even at McDonald's.
HORRIBLE service! Go to another location!!!!I went in today appx 3:35. I asked one of the workers to turn down the AC because it was extremely cold. The girl said ?I am not sure? and just stared at me.(not proactive at all) I said well I said who canyou ask to find out? The manager said ?okay we will turn it down? then went back to making food. I guess the manager thought Imeant tomorrow. There?s were plenty of workers, so her adjusting the AC would have not impacted orders at all. Then, when myorder came. I notice my name was said for a mobile order. I asked the manager can she please tell me wha the mobile orderconsisted of? I wanted to make sure I wasn?t charged twice because I placed an order in the mobile app. Mistakes can happen.Then manager had the audacity to say to me? I am not telling you? wow and she is a manager? That was SO unprofessional.Definitely will call corporate I asked for a refund and left. Bad experience.
Employees don 't know how to count to 10... I ordered, paid, and received a box that said 10 nuggets, I only got 8 in the box. I showed them, and they didn 't care. They gave me the other 2 but were so rude and non-caring. Aize the manager manages nothingand doesn 't care about the customer for a second. She legitimately shrugged after saying sorry in the most unapologetic mannerever. That was what I got after they messed up and I wasted my time, energy, and gas money to bring to their attention and getit fixed. PLEASE DO NOT VISIT THIS ESTABLISHMENT, the jack in the box next door has cheaper prices and is WAY more friendly!!
