Alpha Omega Burgers - Covina

I’ve been coming to this restaurant for 20 years, and I absolutely love the food and the ambiance. However, I've noticed that the traffic has become a bit of a hassle over the last five years or so.

I have never been disappointed during any of my visits. The food is consistently fresh, flavorful, well-portioned, and reasonably priced. It truly stands out as one of the best burger spots in Covina. The staff is friendly and welcoming, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer service. However, while my food was excellent, there's an important issue I feel I need to mention. While I was in the dining area, I observed an employee sweeping the floor and changing the dirty garbage cans. Immediately afterward, this same employee went straight to the food counter and began serving customers without washing their hands first. This is quite careless and could potentially make customers ill. My suggestion for management is to enforce a mandatory handwashing policy for all employees after cleaning tasks, before handling food.

I was pleasantly surprised after many years of visiting this place during my travels. The food was delicious, and it was budget-friendly. The wait in the drive-thru was average. Overall, it was all about the experience!

Food is great here. Huge menu to choose from. Food is always fresh. Good people that work here, very friendly. Very helpful as well. Used to go here back in high school for the cheeseburger combo. If you see what the menu looks like, you know it's going to be good.
