Dairy Queen - Coushatta

It was alright... I've experienced much better service at other locations of this restaurant chain.

The service is terrible. Most of the staff are unfriendly and respond to customers in a curt manner.

The customer service at this Dairy Queen has taken a downturn. I usually enjoy the food, but in the past few months, every visit has been less than satisfactory. I’ve experienced issues like being charged for items I didn’t order, not receiving all my items, receiving wrong items, and most recently, a cold burger that prompted me to write this review. The employees seem indifferent and lack fundamental customer service skills. I hope management sees this, especially since I was excited to learn about the new owners at this location. I often come by between 7-8 PM, but I'm starting to wish there was another nearby location I could visit instead.

The staff are typically good people but don't expect them to have what you want every time. Overall it's a good place.

This could possibly go down as the worst Dairy Queen in the US. Sit at the order menu outside for 8-10 minutes while employees are outside chitchattin havin a grand ol time. After ordering be ready for another 10-15 minute wait. Breathtakingly bad. Ifthere was something besides the Burger King in town I'd be somewhere else. Needs better management
