Costa Coffee - Cottingham

The restaurant was quite messy today, with no clean areas after customers finished eating and drinking. The card machine was broken, and the app couldn't scan, so they had to use the reception. Only cash payments were accepted.

I encountered a lovely woman who made and served coffee. The place was very busy when I left, but she managed to keep a smile on her face through it all.

I'm generally not a fan of Costa Coffee because I find it too strong, but this Costa in Cottingham has completely changed my perspective! The coffee is lovely, and the fresh muffins are excellent. The staff here are wonderful too!

Good location with ramp inside for wheelchair access to more seating. this costa has a nice and helpful staff that helps them with need.
