Subway - Cotswold

I really enjoyed the service and the free cookie was much appreciated. The footling was tasty and I liked the meal deal!

Absolute appalling service today by the man who served me. Turnd his back to do jobs without giving me my receipt or napkins, asked for my meat to be heated up, first before having in the baguette, attitude face when I said he forgot the bacon. Been coming here since opening, all other servers have been extremely lovely and helpful as was the lovely lady who was working with him today, clearly knew his behaviour was unacceptable.

Second meatball marinara I have had recently where the (wholemeal) bread has been stale. Today the end was clearly (not cut off) pulled maybe. The crisps were stale the packet had expiry December but must of been a whole in the packet. Didn’t notice until home. Very disappointed. Showing signs that maybe the other subway is being favoured? Maybe not long until it’s closed down.

Horrendous disrespect was shown to my friends and I. The employee serving us was extremely rude and lazy. He was using absolutely no regular customer service towards us and on many occasions completely ignored what we were saying. Do not go to this subway! YOU WILL REGRET IT! (If I had the choice it would be given 0 stars)

The service was shocking never been served so dreadfully in my life, it was like he didn’t have a voice, he never asked what i wanted just expected me to know what to do. Never go here if you want to be served with a little respect. Save your time and go get a tesco meal deal.
