I came on a Sunday afternoon to Shari's with a friend to celebrate her birthday. It was extremely busy and it looked like there were only two servers on the floor. We had to wait about 10 minutes for us to get a seat, but we were welcomed by an extremely nice woman who took our order and asked how we were doing. We put in our orders for waffles and the petite sirloin steak, then we waited for about 20 minutes for our food. It was an uncomfortable wait, but I understand that it is a Sunday. Our food came out, and I was already a little disappointed. The petite sirloin steak in the past came with a healthy portion of roasted broccoli, a large spoonful of red potato mashed potatoes, and a small sirloin steak. I have ordered this dish for the past 2 years, and this was the first time that I was disappointed in it. It usually comes with lots of roasted broccoli, but this plate came with four large unappealing chunks of steamed broccoli. The mashed potatoes were extremely wet and blended, but at the same time, I was biting into chunks of uncooked potato. The steak was cooked well, but you could tell this was a lower quality piece and size compared to what is usually given. I love this Shari's and I have had great petite sirloin steaks in the past, but this trip was extremely disappointing to me.

I would give zero stars if the app would allow. Waited like 15min just to get are drink order taken. The 2 eggs were larger than the hash browns. They never came back to refill my coffee until i was trying to pay. F- for overall grade, food was not done to order, nonrefills and very small portions.

Had food delivered to the hotel where we're staying. Asked specifically for 4 sets of silverware, salt pepper, ketchup. None of those were included. You'd think they'd realize someone staying in a hotel would need those things even without my asking for them.

The food was very mid and incredibly silly. On the silliness scale from 1- Billy Bauer I would rate it 85% silly. If you want biscuits and gravy just go to dairy mart. Service was slightly below average standard. If you want breakfast I'd personally use my money elsewhere after today's performance.

Had lunch today, our server Jazzmin was the BEST! We were warned prior to ordering that our food might take a while because they were short handed on cooks. Loved that we were front-loaded with that info. We had a slice of pie while we waited. Jazzmin was so nice had such a great attitude. She definitely deserves a shout out our food was good too. We got extra dessert to go too.
