Castor - Corvallis

Amazing South American restaurant in Corvallis! Definitely give a loan for South American restaurants, you can hardly find in Oregon. I also love their food taste and drinks, I think it is actually better than most of the 3 characters restaurants. Service is nice, but it can wait long, even tho you sit. I visited here a few times and it average take you 2 hours to finish your meal.

I'm impressed by their courts. It's a beautiful place in downtown. You need to wait a little longer than you expect the time when your dishes come. So I recommend people who are not in a hurry and have long conversations with friends or family when they come to this place. Nice atmosphere. The price is a bit high, but it's worth it.

A walk feels like a lively but intimate atmosphere. Tapestries hang through and there is a Labryinth of small semi-private dining areas that are perfectly illuminated. Full bar with fresh drinks. Appetizers and Entrees that can meet any pallet with local ingredients. The employees were brilliant, welcoming and with a pleasantly slow cadence that allows for a great experience. The appetizer menu only reached a little and had fun flair unique for this decor. Parking in the city centre. The prices were fine given the quality and portions.

The Corvallis community means a lot to me. I have always appreciated the Association of Sciences and Arts. Castor reflects this connection. I am impressed by the number of local donors who support and use them. It regrets me to know so many people in our community to keep their business during the pandemic, and Castor's investment in the livelihood of our community while providing its guests with excellent prepared cuisine really helps people feel safe and in good spirits. Castor is definitely in the heart of Corvallis. Cheers!

My company (MAC) recently had the privilege of working with Danielle, Evan, and Lilia on a branding update for Castor. Over the course of several weeks we were able to see and learn a lot about what's behind the curtain. They invest a great deal of effort in not just serving quality food (it's amazing) and drinks (huge selection), but the overall experience their customers receive is also obviously very important to them. This is a top shelf restaurant run by people who care, and Corvallis is fortunate to have them.
