Caves Bier Kitchen - Corvallis

I thoroughly enjoyed both the food and the customer service at this restaurant. It's situated in a great location, only a short distance from my home. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back!

The spinach artichoke dip was incredible! I will definitely be returning just for that! We also sampled the tuna melt and the Korean rice bowl, both of which are fantastic options for anyone who isn't a fan of burgers. I can't wait to go back!

The food at this restaurant is incredibly delicious, truly unmatched in quality compared to other breakfast and brunch spots in Corvallis. It is a bit pricey, but you certainly get your money's worth. While the menu isn't extensive, this allows them to focus on perfecting the dishes they do offer. The staff is consistently friendly and helpful, and the food is always expertly prepared. The decor is charming and aligns beautifully with the restaurant's theme. They also have an impressive selection of bottled drinks and many high-quality beers on tap. I don't dine here for dinner very often, but when I do, the quality has been just as impressive.

Yum!!!!! The family and I went there tonight for dinner. Right off the bat I really appreciated their approach to social distancing AND that all their staff were following it! The beer and food were amazing! The tuscan chicken was delicious and I liked that it was not something I had encountered before. My whole family loved every bite of their dishes, so much so that they didn't share at all! So glad we found this place! We'll definitely be back!

An excellent place for good food and some authentic European beers. Soft lighting and inviting atmosphere as you walk in. Bustling, yet quiet environment suitable for a business meeting. Service was great and knowledgeable. Did was above average and prepared as ordered. Prices as expected. Next time I'm in Corvallis I'll stop by.
