Contribuiți la feedbackI just waited for over 30 minutes for a bacon cheeseburger and didn't even receive the bacon I paid for. There were only two staff members working on a game day, so they were too busy to take orders. The general manager should be fired for serious understaffing, as it seems to be putting a lot of pressure on the employees.
I love my Whopper Junior with a chilled patty and what seems like a slightly undercooked bun. It's just perfect for me.
The cashier seemed annoyed at our leisurely pace of ordering, but the food was surprisingly quick to arrive. Unfortunately, the quality was lacking. My friend received soggy, limp onion rings, while my burger was lacking in sauce. The buns on my friend's burger were soggy, but she did mention that the chicken was crispy. The portion of fries for a $9 meal was disappointing, with inconsistency in seasoning - some fries were bland while others were overly salty. Overall, we were not impressed and would rate our experience a 2 out of 10.
I'm not happy that they got rid of Fuze brand raspberry iced tea. They were 1 of 3 restaurants they carried it now only 2 other places have that tea that I know of.
The worst Burger King I have ever been too. I person taking my order put my order in incorrect he didn't repeat my order back and did not give me my receipt. They would not correct my order or give me a refund for the whole meal.
