Tacovore - Corvallis

There was a choice of four vegan tacos. I have the herbivore (a daily special with many excellent vegetables) and the tempeh. both had delicious sauces. the two together made a substantial and fast lunch

They have a few good vegan tacos and they can even turn some of the non-vegans vegan. really good. I love the fried mushroom tacos.

Tacovore has a decent amount of vegan options. for their tacos they have a crispy smoked tofu taco, crispy cauliflower taco, tempeh chorizo and a herbivore taco on the daily special menu. this place is a modern application on mexicans and it is quite good. the drinks are incredible and worth a trip! and vegan horchata!

Had a few vegan options, menu was marked, which is very helpful. my favorite was the cauliflower taco, it was really good. they were busy so the service was a little slow, but everyone was very nice. they were so good that I went to lunch the next day. additional bonus, the prices were great. $3,50 a taco that is very full. I ate two more, who made me very much.

The servers do not walk you to your table and do not check on you once your meal is put in front of you. (Not even to refill the water or ask if you need straws) The tacos are good sized and very filling, and the margarita was very good. There's even a vegan dessert option! Overall I think this is a good dining out option in Corvallis if you don't need much from your server
