Wendy's - Cortland

Food was absolutely disgusting. Fries were so stale and old I could not chew them. Burger was all burnt and broken apart. Totally disappointed and disgusted.

The big bacon classic had no bacon on, had ketchup all over the top of the bun. kids cheeseburger had cheese on top of the bun. everything was cold. I didnt get any of the sauces I ordered.

Very good food, employees take the time to get it right each and everytime idk what y'all talking about ????

I ordered 2 small pretzel baconators value meals. I asked questions about meal person was very impatient. We were charged 29+ dollars. I was not happy. We went North 81 toward Syracuse and when we took the sandwiches out it was large sandwiches and not on the pretzel bread I was too far away to return I feel like I was ripped off almost $30 for two value meals that are over priced and not even what I want it very unhappy.

Was the only one there at around 1145PM. Took at least 20 minutes to get our food and the only thing that was warm when it came out were the fries. Would not recommend for a drunk snack.
