Mcdonald's - Cortland

I ordered a Big Mac Meal. The fries were cold and the Big Mac items were sliding out of the bun because there was too much Mac sauce. The burgers had too much salt. It took nine minutes from ordering to receiving my food at the window. The worker handed me the food but forgot my drink, which I had to remind her about. The parking situation is not great, as there is limited parking and the drive-through line has been bad for over a year.

Forgot or ignored my curbside order and left me eating until the app thought I got my food.

The restaurant could improve by offering more Keto-friendly options to make it more wheelchair accessible.

The food was acceptable, but they forgot some items.

Food is never cooked right? You lucky to get your order correct? They don't pay attention to detail . They used too much sauce. The meal is either cold and maybe just right temperature wise their work is sloppy . I can't recommend any of the menu items if you want them done right go somewhere else.
