The food was wonderful and beautifully presented. the personal was attentive and the atmosphere was warm and cozy.
Fairly limited menu but server’s recommendations for entrees was good. Skipped dessert because it seemed overpriced.
Our server Brett was superb. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He made great recommendations, specifically the Ora King Salmon from New Zealand. We ordered the Salmon and 8 oz (medium rare plus), and it seems that Chef JoJo is really en pointe with regards to cooking the salmon and filet just perfectly. The salmon melted just right. We had just had a wagyu plate the night before and this filet was comparable in enjoyment even if not comparable in cut. Although the menu is a bit on the pricier side imo, the chef’s work and skill does give you a sense of value. One exception is the patatas bravas—I didn’t care for it at all unless you just want filler. I believe we should have ordered the paella as a side instead. The staff was responsive and quick. The ambiance is lovely in the evening. It seems you may need to be specific about the area of seating with respect to reservations (eg patio under awning or open air or near the outdoor fireplace or booth etc, as the hostess wasn’t able to accommodate on that end). One thing I noticed in particular was that all of the adjacent tables were celebrating someone’s birthday—and it does make for a great date or special occasion dining experience.
Fresh tomato pasta—very Italian. Greek salad and chicken kabobs were excellent.
