I have been staying at this hotel for many years, but had never dined at the restaurant Samphire. I wish I had tried their dinner sooner, as it was absolutely delicious. The staff was also very friendly. I will definitely be returning.

This restaurant is fantastic. The food is outstanding and the staff is very professional. It was a great experience. The menu offers high-quality dishes at affordable prices. The fine dining experience was top-notch, and to make it even better, they surprised my wife with a "Happy Birthday" message on her dessert plate, which made the evening extra special.

Very rarely do I feel compelled to write a review on the way to home from dinner. tonight we visited the restaurant samphire in the headland hotel for birthday. eating was absolutely delicious, high quality and presentation immaculate. by far and...from the best part of our visit was the service we received so friendly and accommodating. we will definitely return at our next visit to cornwall.

We recently stayed at The Headland Hotel and had some incredible meals in the Samphire Restaurant. The staff are lovely the restaurant is clearly very well organised. It was so nice to experience fine dining in such a relaxed friendly environment. Highly recommend the...Scallops Lamb Breakfast was excellent with such speedy service and a fresh buffet with lots of choice.
