Taste Brasserie

We enjoyed a fantastic meal at this restaurant. The mussels were especially delicious! Teo provided us with exceptional and friendly service. The hotel is set in a lovely location as well.

I had a great experience dining at this restaurant for two evening meals. The menu had a good variety of fresh and vibrant ingredients to choose from. The service was attentive and overall, I really enjoyed my meals here.

First time at this venue and expecting great food. The service was fine staff friendly. The meal was pretty ordinary nothing outstanding my steak was ok but i have had better and my wife's chicken looked a little dry. Probably wouldn't go there again the hotel itself is quite old style and personallt prefer something more chic and modern

This is in the Carlyon Bay Hotel. There are two restaurants. In my opinion, this is better than the other one, which is supposed to be better. We ate here twice. The food both nights was very good. My wife had plenty of Gluten Free options, so no worries there. I had fish and chips one night and linguine with seafood which was absolutely delicious and full of seafood. Both nights, the servers were fantastic and engaging. One night, our waiter was from Hungary. He could not have been nicer. It really made the night that much better.

The more informal of eating places at this grand hotel, nice menu and fantastic steak, the six to seven menu is especially good value
