Nile's Cafe - Cornwall,Isles of Scilly

I have been a loyal patron of this delightful café for almost ten years. The friendly staff always give me a warm welcome and serve up tasty dishes at a reasonable price. They are consistently friendly and patient, despite having to deal with the occasional unpleasant customer and their unruly children causing chaos.

My partner purchased pasties to take away and brought them all the way up to the Midlands, a total of 269 miles. The pasties were still warm upon arrival and after reheating them at 180c for 30 minutes, they were hands down the best pasties I have ever had. My partner snagged the last 5 traditional pasties in the shop, leading to a line forming behind him. Our family was thrilled with the tasty treat and we are excited to visit the shop in person next time.

What a horrible experience! The staff were incredibly rude and made me feel very uncomfortable. There was a foul smell coming from the kitchen, and I couldn't tell if it was the drains or the employees themselves. This was by far the worst restaurant experience I have ever had. I had to leave to save myself.

Yesterday was a bite to eat, we wish we had the staff never so rude, until the point if we had not paid, we would be out of the left! overpriced! sandwich and coffee soggy sausage roll and...it was never worth it! Do it! If they don't like their job, they get another...

There is a reason why this place is busy all day. pasties are great and their speck bites is dangerously good. coffee is not bad either. highly recommended!
