Hole Foods Deli Cafe

Lovely Deli and Restaurant. We were a family of 4 and ordered a salad which they made to order for someone in my party who has dietary requirements, 1 x beef ciabatta and 2 x children's fish and chips. The food was delicious and the children enjoyed their meals which were plentiful. The atmosphere and staff were friendly and checked up to see if we were all OK and everything was good with our meals. I've given 4 stars as I don't feel my ciabatta was worth the price that I paid for it. I felt that for £10 it could have been more, or came with more on the side.

Soooooo good. We had the loveliest woman serving us was warm and realistic about the fact that many restaurants are understaffed due to the hospitality shortage. The chips are fat and delicious and perfectly cooked. My picky son loved the falafel burger. My husband and I had a fabulous sweet potato tagine. They have a lot of gluten-free options including Cornish pasties and cakes and bread for the sandwiches. It was fabulous and a great view too. Book ahead! Gluten free cones. They also have a small pantry where they sell things like chickpeas and tomato sauce and gluten-free cookies and the Cornwall made bean to bar chocolate by chocolarder.

Thanks very much Hole Deli... Brilliant place, we had some delicious sandwiches from here. Nice fresh produce and friendly service too. The smoothies were good and we also enjoyed a lovely breakfast here one day, overlooking the harbour for a great start to the day.

Great location, window seats are worth booking in advance. friendly service, but the strange problem that we had to ask a few times for water ****, and if we were asked for any recommended from the seafood menu, we were told I like fish, so I don't know. the weeping was however before place. the sole was delicious £40 between two) but the garlic butter boiled kartoffels that came with it a bit of mushy still ends it all though! the paella was ok, it was tasty, but quite simple and not much meeress taste in the rice. mustels in the paella were really good.
