Caffe Primavera - CORINDA

We visited this cafe last night for dinner. Staff are very polite and friendly. The atmosphere is nice for casual dining. The service was a bit slow but the food was amazing. I give 5/5 for the food. It's recommended!

I don't like to give poor reviews, but I wanted the establishment to be aware of the poor service and quality at times and strive to improve to maintain their high standards all the time. Sunday lunch for 7 people, arrived at noon, was shown to our seats, and left there for 20 minutes before drinks orders were taken.  Cappuccino's were spilt by a waitress, only to be returned luke warm coffees, which were returned again.  Ten minutes later, orders were taken - only for the 'kids' meals and the waitress rushed off, promising to return to take the 'adult' orders. 25 minutes later, the kids meal turned up - simple grilled fish and chips - surely not 25 minutes to prepare. The adult orders were taken at 12:55, five simple mains.  We were left hungry and waiting for another 35 minutes!!!  The cafe was only half full, and we saw people come and go, before we even got our mains.   So a lunch began at noon, our mains arrived at 1:30pm!   The most depressing thing was that the quality of the food was low - quite ordinary actually.  I had a sports engagement at 2pm and had to gulp my oily chicken penne, before rushing off, leaving the rest of my family to 'enjoy' the rest of my sisters birthday celebration.  My sibling's meals were Grill Chicken breast - dry and lacked flavour; Grilled Salmon, dry and lacked flavour; Fish and Chips - chips stale; the only saving grace was the mushroom on rye bread, was tasty.   (We were initially keen on ordering pizzas, but alas, the pizza oven/kiln was not operational). Yes, besides the 'friendly' staff and comfortable roomy setting, my lunch experience was frustrating and underwhelmed.

This is the BEST Caffe / Restaurant in the area by far.......... Bruno and his staff are very friendly and the food is of a VERY high standard. Would recommend this venue to anyone who is in the Granville, Corinda, Oxley area. Wayne & Debbie Shooks (content-satisfied customers)

The staff are very friendly, except they were not very attentive, the food came at a reasonable time. The food was amazing, I got the calamari dish, absolutely delicious.
