Contribuiți la feedbackLike most fast food facilities, this is still suffering from vivi Covid staff shortage. Inside is closed for dinner. It took 30 minutes to get 4 cheeses Krystal. The staff was shut down because customers would go out after ordering their food because the service and waiting were so long. Hopefully they can get the store personalized because this is a great location and has lots of potential.
Took over a hour to get my order. They were short handed with 4 workers on staff. Wouldn't have been so upset with the wait but took 15 minutes to place my order, waiting at the speaker. I was never acknowledged until I spoke trying to place my order. They did not apologize, offer a discount, or coupon. They never even told customers they were short handed until we recieved our order in hand. They locked the doors with waiting customers inside and outside. They would not answer the phone for the ones waiting outside inquiring about their order. We did get our food an hour and half later. Good quality food but very unprofessional service. In all honesty the service tendered was so bad it would have been best to just close the doors.
I should have read the reviews ?. I pulled to the drive-thru and the lady immediately said she wasn't taking orders because she's the only one at work. Didn't try to position it in a respectful way...or anything. I told her that I had already placed the order online and paid. She had me pull around. She didn't greet me at the window and just handed the box out, no receipt. I had to ask if it was under my name. Then the burgers are cold and the Krystal chics are usually made of real chicken....this some breaded crop and the bread is stale. Thanks for nothing.
Absolutely the worst customer service I've ever experienced! I waited nearly five minutes before anyone acknowledged my presence. When I tried to get the attention of the woman at the intercom, her tone was aggressive and downright rude. Instead of a friendly greeting or a simple "How can I help you?" I was met with unprofessional behavior. I will definitely not be spending my money where the service is so unfriendly and disrespectful.
I just sat at the Krystal 's on Germantown Parkway for an hour. At the intercom, there was no acknowledgement of my wait and when I got to the window, the young lady asked what you order? I asked her if they were short staffed and she said Yea. We 're always short staffed. I get that it 's difficult finding consistent employees in fast food, but I think a little courtesy goes a long way such as sorry for your wait or maybe even a free drink or dessert or something. I continued to wait because one I thought about leaving, I didn?t because I had already committed and spent a while in line. When I tried contacting the number to report my issue it gave a bounce back. When I went to website to file a complaint the Germantown store isn?t even an option. This was a terrible experience and I pray I don?t get food poisoning.
