Friday Tuna - Cordova

I really enjoy the hibachi, grilled oysters, and seafood udon at this restaurant. The staff is very pleasant as well. I haven't tried the sushi yet, but I'm looking forward to it!

The food was delicious, and the service was friendly. Our waitress was lively and had a fantastic sense of humor. The ambiance was pleasant, but unfortunately, it was quite cold inside, so we decided to box our food and leave immediately. We were really disappointed to learn that they currently don’t have any chefs available to cook on the grill, which meant we had to be seated at a table.

The tuna appetizer was fantastic—extremely fresh and full of flavor. The ginger cosmopolitan was decent; I enjoyed the ginger, but the house vodka didn't mix well. On the other hand, the char-grilled oysters were disappointing, as the toppings overpowered the taste of the oysters, leaving me to mostly taste cheese and garlic. I look forward to returning to try another cocktail and reorder the tuna.
