Back Yard Burgers - Cordova

I LOVE BYB burgers and those glorious seasoned fries. Sadly the 3 BYB closest to me have closed and i suspect this one will follow. Staffing no doubt an issue. Drive through only had a automated recording to take order. I was 3rd car in line and took about 10+ minutes to get order but it was worth waiting for delicious burger and super fries! My beverage order was incorrect but I wasnt going back through to get it corrected.IF BYB mgmt sees this....please reassure ud that not all locations in Memphis are closing. Y'all have THE BEST burgers and definitely THE BEST fries in town.

It's good during their happy hour and reasonable pricings.

I never thought I'd write a 1 star for a Back Yard Burger. But this one deserves it. I've been here 3 times. The first time was good but the 2 other times were really bad. Order was messed up both times. The people at the drive thru are completely clueless. I had to repeat myself many times. And it just took too long for a drive thru. Almost 10 minutes with just 2 other cars in front of me. Go to the one off of Stage or 64 instead this one sucks.

The food wasn't good and the manager wasn't respectful to her employee. This was my first and last visit to this eatery.

Me and a family went there about 6:30 somewhere around that time they didn't get out order right the young lady on the phone FaceTime her boyfriend the whole time she was there it just didn't make no sense we spent 40 some dollars and didn't get no good service then you did give out food you gave us the wrong food it was just messed up all the way around the board management need to pay attention to the employee if they need to be on the phone FaceTiming a boyfriend please send them home
